Coopers Clear Alma Young Members Marquee



Total Cost: $120

Enjoy The World’s Biggest Picnic Race Meeting with family and friends in our trackside Young Members marquee.

10.30am — Guests Arrive

— Individual egg and bacon quiche
— Poached chicken sandwich

1.15pm — Main Course

Served Hot
— Pork and fennel curry puff with apple chutney
— Honey and soy marinated lamb kebabs
— Parmesan crumbed risotto balls with pesto mayonnaise

Served Cold
— Assorted sushi with wasabi, soy sauce, pickled ginger
— Vietnamese beef salad with sesame omelette

3.00pm — Dessert/Afternoon tea

— Mini pies and pasties served with tomato chutney (1pp)
— Mini rocky road mud cake (1pp)

Included in the package:

— Return bus trip. Pick up from Fullarton road on southern side of Britania roundabout, returning to the Alma Hotel.
— 8 drink tickets (beer, champagne, wine and soft drink)
— Live music
— All races shown on television monitors within marquee, including tote betting facilities

Real Tonic Marquee

Total Cost: $80

Enjoy The World’s Biggest Picnic Race Meeting with family and friends in our  trackside Real Tonic marquee.

This low cost private marquee has been introduced to replace our mini marquees of previous years. Strategically placed behind the winning post and adjacent to bookmakers stands, you will experience close up views of all the raceday action while enjoying the comfort of a secure marquee facility.

11.30am — Guests Arrive

Tea, Coffee

1.15pm — Main Course

Served Hot
— Honey and soy marinated lamb kebabs
— Chicken and pine nut sausages

Served Cold
— Prawn and mango salad
— Lamb salad with sweet potato, rocket, asparagus, Danish feta and honey mustard
— Mediterranean potato salad with rocket and crisp prosciutto flakes
— Traditional Greek salad

— Served with crusty breads and rolls

Included in the package:

The Punters Retreat

Total Cost: $180

Enjoy The World’s Biggest Picnic Race Meeting with family and friends in our premium trackside Punters Retreat marquee.

11.30am — Guests Arrive

— Individual egg and bacon quiche
— Poached chicken sandwich

1.15pm — Main Course

Served Hot
— Eye fillet of beef, fried onion rings, sticky glaze
— Chicken saltimbocca with pepperonata
— Orechiette, roast pumpkin, boconcini, rocket, spring onion, pepitas

Served Cold
— Peppered calamari and salad of Japanese sausage, Asian dressing
— Salad of honey soy roasted duck with a coriander, mint and orange sauce
— Lamb salad with sweet potato, rocket, asparagus, Danish feta and honey mustard
— Fattoush salad with pita, black olives, cucumber and tomato

— Served with crusty breads and rolls

3.00pm — Dessert/Afternoon tea

— Flourless chocolate cake, coffee anglaise
— Mini pecan pie with double cream
— Cheese times three
— Tea and coffee served throughout the day
